Project Description:
I need someone who has expert experience with TCP/IP packet dump analysis and Wireshark, and is able to quickly identify and solve Windows Server TCP errors. The programmer should expert knowledge with TCP socket programming.

This job may involve proper server configuration, TCP socket programming/bug fixing on both server application and client application. A couple of errors we found in Wireshark:
1. TCP Segment of a Reassembled PDU
2. Continuation or non-HTTP traffic
3. Connection rejection from a particular previous connected IP for a period of time
