T4 templates for MVC 4.0 using Twitter Bootstrap

Design professional looking generic forms to List, create, edit and delete records using Bootstrap twitter and ASP.net MVC 4. When the forms are looking like you want, then create a T4 template that I can use as a standard for other tables in my database. Note the Folder “CodeTemplates” already exists in the project. This is the specification list: 1) All items to use professional looking Bootstrap Twitter styling and actions capable of small and large screens (fluid wrapping) 2) Modify CodeTemplates\AddController\[login to view URL] to achieve paging and handle all errors and DbEntityvalidation issues 3) Modify CodeTemplates\AddView\CSHTML\[login to view URL] to use paging 4) Modify CodeTemplates\AddView\CSHTML\[login to view URL] 5) Modify CodeTemplates\AddView\CSHTML\[login to view URL] (you should use a partial view to share with edit ) 6) Modify CodeTemplates\AddView\CSHTML\[login to view URL] 7) Modify CodeTemplates\AddView\CSHTML\[login to view URL] (you should use a partial view to share with Details ) 8) Create a onetime custom Edit form for Views\CustomEditForSampleTable\[login to view URL] For demonstration purposes I laid it out in table view showing the 2 columns on top and the 2 rows on the bottom but it needs to use Bootstraps’ fluid sizing. In addition I want each drop down select option to turn green if X is selected and Red if not (red green toggle switch?).
