Project Description:

We would like to improve the decisions of an algorithm by utilizing artificial neural network technology.
You will produce a class library capable of training and running an artificial neural network that predicts the correct action based on inputs.
Technology requirements
- Utilize artificial neural network
- Written entirely in C#
Proposal delivery
- Demonstration executable or source code which
- Brief explanation of the technologies used, such as network topology and learning strategies
- Estimated time to complete the primary delivery
Successful development of the primary delivery will lead to further cooperation.
