Project Description:
Members area to be added on to existing website - will be hosted on a separate Windows server which developer will have full access to.

The members area will allow new users to register (see step 1 below), then - once approved by an administrator - login (see step 2 below), and access the documents area (see step 4 below).

An administration area (see step 3 below) will allow an admin to modfiy/add/remove members from the database, and modify/add/remove documents.

Complete front-end XHTML templates will be provided for integration with the .NET system, so only the back-end work is required. JPG mock-ups will be provided for further clarification.

1. Registration:
- Client fills in: name, company and e-mail address, and ticks privacy box (all compulsory fields). E-mail address checked for validity and duplicates already in database.
- Email is sent to company and to registrant.

2. Login:
- User login with forgotten password functionality (password is e-mailed to registered e-mail address).

3. Back-end:
- Administator login/password.
- Back-end of the system has two pages:

a. Members
- Page is split into 'approved members', 'members awaiting approval'.
- Shows editable fields for each member - First Name, Last Name, Company, E-mail address, Privacy, Approved, Delete.
- Members are sorted by Last Name.
- Blank fields at the bottom to create a new member.
- Save button allows admin to confirm changes or create a new member.
- Cancel button allows admin to discard changes.
- Changing a members approval status to 'Approved' sends them an e-mail containing username & password.
- Changing a members approval status moves them to the relevant section.

b. Documents
- Shows editable fields for each doc -Title, Description, Author, Date, Category (see JPG for categories), Location (on server), Archived (yes or no).
- A document can belong to more than one category.
- Documents are sorted by Date uploaded within category (most recent first).
- Blank fields at the bottom to create a new document - including a browse button to browse to the local file.
- Save button allows admin to confirm changes or create a new document.
- Changing a documents archived status to 'yes', moves it to the archived section of the front-end.
- Cancel button allows admin to discard changes.

4. Document area:
- 'Welcome back, username' with logout button.
- Documents listed in 'most recent first' order, option to switch to 'most recent last'.
- Title, description, author, date and download link given for each document.
- Links on right allow display of documents from a specific category only or all documents.
- Archive section displays just documents flagged as Archived.
