  My understanding about the scope of the Project :-
  1.To develope and customise a Joomla site lik www.evite.com (Reference for core functionality )as per your guidelin provided by you.
  2.Provide documentation of all file including coding with instruction guideline
  
  Skill Required :- Joomla,Javascript,CSS, HTML,PHP,MYSQL,Punctuality, Good Communication skill, Quick Turn Around time.
  
  Invoicing :- 450$ for development and 50$ for instruction Manual and Testing.
  Payment:- Agreed No advance . However the payment will be on the basis of Agreed milestone during the project and the fund wll be deposited in GAF Escrow acount
  
  Delivery :- 25 working days.
