Approved design in joomla needed to do it from scratch but in fast track

Requirments..

1) Attached design is the approved design.. you need to do it from scratch.
1.1) there is a excel file for your reference about the hirerchy of the website and also the products ..
2) kidnly remove the buding from the footer of the security-temp1.jpg.no need building there .. and we need to remove some of the the trucks from the footer and u need to add the other products in thse same style so that it should not reflect that thisi website is for only truck .. I hope you understand this point
4) there are 8 products for me what i want is to use 4 products with the same color combination
5) and for other 4 products what I need is the background change color will be white and lite blue color combination as the product is for medical equipments..once the user clicks on those products the bacgroudn adn menu color should be changed only for those categories.
6) inquiry form with backend support .. u can use same jformer gold or any other application that u used in the uae swimming.. for that..
7) if you see the comments part you can also see there is some header changes hhatt I requested there in comments2.jpg I need my product all 8 should be appearing in there with the same style as I am mentioning there with the small logo and the main product category name on it.I am attachign a excel file for the product category and the website sequence how the website will be.
8) and for 1 category I need online payment component which is "Virtumart" all support should be there direct paymetn in the site.. paypal and 2checkout support as well.
9) newsletter, search, login, hitcounter is a must for my website to adjust it somewhere..plus online customer support.. as well.
