Browse image with preview and recommend

Project Description:
Dear sir,

I'm looking for developer who can create script that i require. pls see my attach.

Concept
- When user browse and select some of image, in preview box will show without any stretch of image. (if image is out of bound, program will crop from center to match to preview box).
- If the width of selected image doesn't match 570px, will have recommend text
"Listings look best with photos at least 570px wide. We recommend replacing the highlighted photos below." and highlight on that preview box.
- User can drag & drop preview box to re order.
- after finish browse, when mouse over they can remove image, or can see full image. (follow my sample video)
- when user browse, and loading. the next add image will be shown and user can browser even the last one is not finished.

the first sample is just our concept, but the real design is in this attach file.

- First, user need to browse image, and they can add short description to the image (optional)
- After finish, click on add image. The image on preview image will shown on list below.
- When user add some more image on below list. They can drag & drop to re-order.
- When mouse over image on below list, it will shown delete button and magnifier button (popup to view full image).
also when mouse over, image description of each will be shown below (Shortly description preview)
