Project Description:
We need to create a online ordering form for a catering business. The final product should have a back end section where we can add/modify categories, products, prices, size, etc.
The ordering form should be all contain in one page. Please see images attached in this email.
Overall Functionality.
Visitors to our website will go to the online ordering form. A list of our catering products are display in a accordion type organized by categories (e.g. salads, pizza, calzones, etc). The visitor can select size, quantity and especial instruction to an item before adding it to the shopping cart.
The shopping cart will update automatically with the new item and calculate subtotals.
All the catering categories are very similar only size and price will vary. There is an especial case for Pizzas. We would like to offer the end user an option to customize their pizzas by adding variaty of toppings. When the user finalize customizing their pizza, this can be add it to the shopping cart on the right size.
When the user finish making their selections, they can proceed to checkout. At this point they will be ask to enter their contact information. No money transactions are necessary for this shopping cart. We will contact the customers after they place their order. However, it should be a field where the customer will specify the type of payment that they will be making once the order is completed.
