Enhance existing standard Joomla module, mod_weblinks.
You will need to have experience in Joomla and AJAX development. Provide references of previous work.

Specifications:
1. Add possibility to insert, update and delete weblinks from front end
2. Module must have a popup-window for weblink-maintenance
3. Display and maintain only weblinks belonging to the user logged in
4. include destination favicon image next to the weblink
