Fixes and improvements on Codeigniter

Project Description:
Hi we need a developer talented and really expert. Preferably European due to working schedule. We have a low budget on this one as it's a few things left to finish a website and we have a designer employed so you will only deal with code, php,jquery and mysql. Below i provide a list of fixes and improvements but whomever it is be flexible as i am not interested in paying more for a simple button or a function that doesn't work well.. I think it's about 4-5 days of work so the sum is more than enough and the budget left is around 120 dollars.... Please bid on budget, be quick and flexible and know your php. These are in general the fixes but a few more may be needed.

Fix translation wherever it doesn’t work.
Fix a javascript save position problem in some movable parts.
Code messaging feature – design is ready, only code needed and linking to parts of website.
Apply embed.ly like api to a part of our website and code saving these bookmarks with a foldering system.
Fix a posting issue on our website.
Connect the new design for the social part which is already made, to functions already coded, to the website and maybe code a few new functions.
Fix news and notifications.
Apply a locate me button so you can compare that to a position of events corresponding to Google Maps API and fix a few problems with what is shown where.
Create privacy options.
Crop photo with select area and automatic resize with size restrictions addition.
Fix a session problem that doesn’t allow to log in to IE.
