Google Map Tool

I need a simply tool that uses Google Maps. I want a simple form that allows me to select the following: 1. pick an area (Example: Tampa Florida) 2. Search box (Example: Grocery Store) 3. Search box (Example: Pet Store) 4. Search box (Example: Walmart) 5. Display results button The map should display all the result selected above over each other. In the example above I should be able to see a map of Tampa Florida that shows grocery store locations and pet store locations and walmart locations on one map. The tool should allow me to type in anything that you would normally type in on google maps. Not sure if this can be done or not, my budget is quite small. The site that will run this script is Joomla based. $30 to $50 is budget
