Project Description:
We need a Joomla Editor Button (editors-xtd) to help integrate placing video code snippet into the editor. The editor button needs to work in a few different editors (JCE, JCK, CK). Must work in Joomla 1.5, but it would be nice if it worked in 2.5 as well.

The list of videos that displays in the popup will be provided via a php file on an external server. You will call our PHP file... something like getMyVideList.php?u=$Joomla_username. This will provide you with a list of Titles and video_id's.
IE:
TITLE|VIDEO_ID

All in Fun|135121021398d33
We can reformat the output from the PHP file to however you like.. could be XML.
On the admin side of joomla, the plugin will need to have at least 1 parameter that is adjustable... the URL to the video server. Everything else is static and can be provided.
When an end-user is inserting a video into a content item and clicks one of the video titles in the popup, it should insert the video syntax code into the editor for that video: {mp4remote}$FULL_URL{/mp4remote}
