The mobile site will be developed in jquery mobile. For the purpose of this solution, PHP and mySql MUST be used. All back-end calls including file uploads must be via Ajax. I have attached a detailed specification which needs to be followed. The mobile website has been developed already but needs to be "cleaned" or rewritten. Please note that there is a strong emphasis on the user experience as well so you need to have these skills as well. Please see the attached document for more information.
