We are looking for very good CSS and HTML expert who can convert the PSD files we provide into html/CSS and make Wordpress 2.6 theme. Final result must look exactly as on PSD we provide. Result must work on Wordpress correctly and look same in every browser. Here are requirements which MUST be accomplished: 1. W3C Valid XHTML 1.0. 2. Strict Table-less CSS markup under SEO Semantic Coding. 3. Complete Presentational Separation techniques. We want the stylesheets to be easy for to modify so identify it with this purpose in mind. 4. Pay Special attention to Load Speed optimization. 5. ALL PSD CONVERSIONS MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH INTERNET EXPLORER 6 and 7, FIRFOX, OPERA, AND SAFARI. 6. All texts in the designs, that can be written into html must be written in html (as few texts in images as possible). Timelimit for this job is 7 days. we are looking for a developer who can offer us at least 6 months of development service.Developer must be reachable though skype at least for 3 hour between 10 and 18 a'clock estonian time (GMP+2) at working days.
