Hi,
We need same functionality as the example real estate website. Design is READY and we need some developer(s) to develop the similar. An exact functionality is needed and no extra functionality. Although some features may not work right now, but will be developed to work in near future. As we need ditto copy so you can make a feature list and quote us per module. You'll have to login yourself to see the features. We'll provide the link to short listed candidates only. Add HunGrY (case sensitive) at the start or we'll decline your bid.
We are open to custom code, open source whatever easy and quick. But if you are writing you own code we'll need it in some framework like codeigniter, cakePHP etc. You have to send us sample code (not a project only 1 file that you may wrote for any other project) so that we may check that its good to understand and well structured, commented etc.
