We have a unique concept for a seated auction website. The web application would need to be written with speed of process in mind. front end labels will be updating every second from mysql and i would like to see in your proposal what framework or CDN you suggest. front end PSD's will be supplied
A few key areas of the app would be as follows:-
*)facebook integration (auctions pushed to facebook page)
*)referal platform (integrated into user account)
*)payment gateway addition (api provided) this will run on the server under https:
*)live help plugin
*)phase2 would include IP redirect to subdomain and different currency
THE DEADLINE FOR BETA TESTING IS 30 DAYS FROM ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT
Payment will be made as follows:-
1st milestone 10% on project acceptance
2nd milestone 20% on front and back layout completion
3rd milestone 30% on Beta completion
4th milestone 40% on 30days after going live
