Simple Site Image Joomla Component.

I need a joomla component that shows images located in a specified directory on the front end, with a NEXT/PREVIOUS/RANDOM buttons. Each image will have a unique URL that is static so that I can link/share the images. Please see: [login to view URL], for an example of the front end (just a simple image, with a left right arrow) These images must also have a space at the bottom to list the 'caption'. Basically all the database will need to store is a few configuration settings, such as images directory and sort order (order will be by default by date added, newest first, and the images DATE ADDED, FILENAME and CAPTION, all images will be placed in this single directory set in config. max image width must be settable in options, but not fixed as to work with responsive template systems, component must be developed with DIV containers NOT tables. In the back end, there must be the ability to upload new images and captions, many at a time, via csv or pasting text in a text box using a certain format, for example: [login to view URL] | This is my caption [login to view URL] | This is my caption [login to view URL] | This is my caption If you have any questions please PM me, this is actually a very simple component, needing very little time to create, in fact there are many free components you could probably get most the code from nearly completed. I started the project by modifying an old component called SPGM, it took me about half a day and I was nearly done, but do not have the time to finish it. This should not take long as such I want bids under $100, otherwise I will simply finish it myself when I have time. Do NOT bid over 100$, if you do I will know you have not read these requirements and have NO idea what your doing.
