Ringtone Creator as a test project" We currently have a website [login to view URL] However it currently have several bugs along with it the CMS isnt very user friendly. The most important function is the Ringtone creator (in flash) that allows any user to put in a Youtube url which would extract out the audio file into mp3 and allow the user to cut a less than 30 sec clip out of it. What we want : 1. Updating the CMS to a recommended open source CMS (Vendor to proposed) 2. Fixing of all bugs for all browsers 3. Ensuring the ringtone creator is workable long term 4. Allowing for a user to view their ringtone download in WAP or a mobile friendly equivalent of the site. 5. Automated the site as much as possible so that admin can do minimum work. 6. SEO Friendly URL I would prefer proposal on what you can offer and the cost involved. Similar portfolio track record is very important. Due to the nature of the site flash , ajax,php are very important. NOTE: There is no need for design work. 90% of how the site looks and function will remain the same we just need a more robust upgrade of the website. I would want a quote for a test project first. Quote me on a maybe the ringtone creator function.
