I need a script based on broadcasting twitter messages at specific times per day from a number of twitter accounts.
It needs a login system so i can add / delete / suspend / terminate clients who also can then manage there message(s) (edit / add (with verification by admin) delete)

Payment will be done only after showing a working demo of the script. I've had previous bidders / users who do half of the work, take the milestone payment and don't complete the project. So no milestone payment / no money before I have seen the completed bug free full working version of the project. Once I am happy the project is complete then i will pay with no problem.
