Part of this plugin is done (aprox. 70%), you can see it in action on this website: http://dev42.askwik.com/2012/11/what-can-a-kindle-fire-do/
There are still problems (if you reload the page all the comments disappear) and bugs that will need to be fixed by the new programmer.
Below you can read the initial description of this project:
We need a floating menu with 8 items to be implemented into a WordPress theme. The menu will float on the left side of the page and will scroll down with the user movement.
The user will be able to interact with the 8 items from the floating menu like this: each menu item can be drag-and-dropped on a sentence inside the page. This action will open a box similar to a comment form where the user will write his name, message and then he will submit the form. Next, the message will appear inside the page, right next to the paragraph where the user first dragged-and-dropped the menu-item.
Logical action-flow: menu-items -> drag-and-drop on a sentence -> open submit-box -> submit the message next to the original sentence.
We will also need a modification to the database: the worker should create a new table with type field for this floating menu, where the new information will be stored.
Deadline: 3 days since the worker was selected.
All of the files in our development environment are in Windows format. You must not change the format to Unix format when you upload to our servers.
If the job is not 100% completed to specifications you agree that there will not be a partial payment made for work done. We pay 100% for complete work and 0% for incomplete work.
