I require someone to help create a web-based system to support the building of iPhone/iPad and Android apps. There will be two elements to the system. The first consists of an admin panel that will enable the creation of "App Projects". Each branches into version numbers which can be stored and edited.
Apps will need to display static content, maps, videos, picture galleries, RSS feeds, and user forms that submit to third-party sites.
The admin user would be able to choose from a selection of pre-defined icons for each tab.
Each "module" can be completely customised using custom HTML and CSS to define how each item within it is displayed.
There will be a visual preview which updates as modules are added and edited.
Once the app has been created, the source code can be manually edited for advanced users, and then can be compiled for Android. For iPhone, the source code can be submitted to PhoneGap or directly compiled as a native App from a Mac.
There will be two types of user, an admin user with full rights, and a standard "client" user with the rights to update specific content when allowed by the admin, and also has the rights to send push messages to users of the app.
