Hi guys, We need someone to build an E-learning system. - Have to be RTL (right to left). The system have to do those stuff: 1) Registration system with login and register page. + option to login by facebook. 2)Test and quizes. 3) PDF show system and PPT Show system. 4)All the Learning Materials Page. 5) Payment system with 3 payments method: a. Pay with likes (an facebook app that will do the next thing: every user that will want to pay with likes *votes* will click on it and than it will share some link (unique link) and his friends (50 different friends) will to click the link to vote for him and every click will a real "like" to our fan page. after 50 clicks he will get one category that he will choose and it will be free for him. b. pay with phone - our script. c. Pay pal payment system. 6) it's have to be our Uniqe CMS!!!! by this Design - [login to view URL] the CMS - have to give us a permission to add every thing (quizes, Learning materials and etc...) 7) Statistics by every student (on the cms) 8) every user will have a permission to see his own statistics and progress about every learning category. The chosen company one will work with us with more project. Have to developed in CSS3 and HTML5 OUR DESIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards,
