Would like to build a php + MySQL web-base application.

- Admin (Four Sub-Menu items) – foam table (data field) management
- Sub-Menu items :
CUSTOMER,
USER,
SERVICE TYPE (JOB TYPE),
PROJECT(CAUSE).

list, new/add, view/edit, delete / print
- Job transaction entries (Time & service type):
list, new/add, view/edit, delete, print
- Billing (bill Job done)

- Report – reports generator with all fields sort filtering

The above details will subject to fine adjustment. The application requires using PHP and MySQL + js and in Multi-language, multi-user support.
All display and printing format should meet with our need.
After application sample testing is accepted, Service provider must render all editable source code files to buyer than support buyer to implements the php code, database script and web operation onto live server with details instructions.
Payment will place on escrow account and release upon all live implementation success.
