Add Two URL Strings to WP-Ecommerce Checkout/Registration Process and Migrate WP Site from Linux to Windows Server

I need a developer who can integrate two URLs which will send submitted data to an external ASP URL via the wp-ecommerce plugin's registration/checkout system:

The first URL will look like this and should be activated once user has registered(before making payment): http://00.00.00.00/addmember.aspx?name1=FirstNameGoesHere&name2=LastNameGoesHere&email=EmailGoesHere&password=submittedpassword

It should pull the first name, last name, email address, and chosen password and post this URL without interrupting the checkout process

The second URL will look like this and should be activated once a user has completed the PayPal checkout process: http://00.00.00.00/addpurchase.aspx?numberofaccounts=3&email=EmailGoesHere

It should pull the number of accounts numerical value and replace the number 3 above, and also should pull the user's submitted email address.

The 00.00.00.00 is not the actual IP address, I will provide this IP address to the winning bidder.

This is for a Wordpress site utilizing wp ecommerce to sell digital products

I need this done ASAP 1-2 days.

After this is complete, I need the developer to assist me with copying the wordpress site in its entirety from a Linux server to a Windows server
