The project will require the development of an advanced Forum with provided options and settings (will provide graphics to use), but look and feel should be modeled closely to, but not exactly like, the vbulletin structure. These options will include e-mail functions (so familiarity with e-mail components a must). The project will include a user login / tracking system with multiple user options. The project will require the developer to hook in with PayPal's payment processing tools for immediate payment verification and other event activity as will be provided. The development will be done in asp (custom written dll's for business and data objects must be created). Will go against a sql server 2000 database (that must also be designed according to specifications). All SQL must be placed in stored procedures. This is a multi-teared system built from ground up, so developer must have advanced knowledge and experience. We are limited on time. Project must be completed within 1 month. All code must be submitted and approved before payment will be made. The developer agrees that the code developed here becomes copyrighted by me and can not be used by the developer again. I am a developer myself and will be working closely with the developer that is awarded this project acting as project manager. If any developers are willing to work on this project for free they will be givin 10% ownership in the system and receive 10% of the profits generated (payments will be made monthly), otherwise we will pay in one lump sum the amount agreed upon via said bid.

Weekly updates are required (On every Friday after bid is accepted). Developer must be able to communicate in the English language fluently.
