Project Description:
Build a basic website. Preferred platform is ASP.NET / SQL but can have alternaties. This website will be totally in Arabic. So it should be in right-to-left orientation and support entering and displaying Arabic charactors in all static labels and data fields.
The website should provide login framework to select pages. Please use existing templates and standardize on it. No need to reivent anything .
The essence of the website is 2 pages one that displays static tables based on queries. And a page that provide input .
When reading the spec attached, you will note that the website does not implement the full business process. This is intential as there is still a lot of manual work outside the website on paper and on the database through query scripts. So the scope of work is only as stated in the attached specs.
Please note that time is urgent and expected to have this work finished by December 22.
Milestones structure payment
20% : Upload the standard template with login-log out and set with right-to-left framwork to support Arabic on the site including the home page and contacts.
60% when activating the Bid and Chain pages replicated three times per “Category”
20% after uploaded the received full Arabic translations to all Labels and static text.
20% after final feedback and exceptions.
10% extra bonus if delivered before 20th.
A note on the business: The site provides updated bid-chain activities activities for better decision. A transaction is executed when someone places an sell or buy bid that matches in price with an active offer. This triggers an email to a facilitator person and the process is completed manually. A seller can only have one offer to sell at any time. On the other hand the buyer can have multiple offers to buy and at different price levels. There are different Categories availale for buy and sale. Each is handled sperately in the system, but the way they are handled is the same.
