Project Description:

I require a program/bot/script to be made.

It must search the internet for poorly designed websites. This is essential. Please understand this point before bidding.

Examples

http://www.alloywheelsinternational.com/
http://www.japanese4x4spares.co.uk/

It will then search for their contact email address and make it into a list. The list must contain website address and email address.

Script must be FAST and be of high quality.

The list must be easy to import into a mailing list program so format of the list is important.

The robot/script must be fast working.

Payment on full completion of the project only.

Automated responses and bids will not be chosen.
The challange for the programmer is to determine parameters of what is a poorly designed site.

I am aware there are is much software that can crawl the web but finding bad websites is more difficult.

The bot would look for bad html coding, perhaps the microsoft frontpage extensions in the code as it seems many of the frontpage made pages are very badly done.
Another idea is for bot to look for excessive use of tables in code, read the tags in code and search for frontpage extensions for badly designed sites.

I have also noticed that some badly designed pages have very long pages where you have to scroll alot with untidy code.

Some places use many GIF images which give a poor cluttered look.

Some poorly designed sites have a very bad structure (or no structure at all!)

The number of pages may be an issue also.

Perhaps set the spider to crawl and find sites that meet 2-3 of these criteria?

Budget is around 200USD for this project.
