Converting VB6 App to ASP.NET

Need to convert an existing VB6 app to ASP.NET 2.0 with VB.NET. User interfaces should be as close as possible to the existing UI and business logic? should remain? the same. The app has a few data entry grids and? less than 10 simple forms.
