We need the portal and also the software.
Design: Web 2.0 Style, may be same design like wiziq.
Platform only in PHP, classroom application in other language (may be java, ajax, php, flash, asp).
Classroom software functions: filesharing, Chat, VoIP, whiteboard, multiple attendees, recording sessions. see http://www.wiziq.com/Virtual_Classroom.aspx
language file for multiple country use.
If possible no asp and .net. We want use a linux server.
