o Check reservations of both online customers and agents.
o Check whether the reservations are confirmed by the hotel.

o Generate reports (hotel/agent wise reservations and payments)
Main tasks of online customers
o Hotels can be searched in accordance with destination, hotel category and standard.
o Users can have more information on searched hotels.
o Check availability of rooms for a given period of time.
o Cost calculation.
o Online reservation.
o Online payment.
Main tasks of Agent
o Agent can login using his username and password provided by Our Company.
o Check hotels in accordance with the destination, standard and category.
o Check agent’s price.
o Check availability of rooms.
o Reservation of rooms.
o Cost calculation according to the agent’s price.
Main tasks of Hotels
o Ability to change their profile.
o Update their room prices destined for online customers and agents.
o Check current reservations.
o Maintain the list of agents.
o Confirm new reservations.
o Update/ Cancel reservation.
o Generate reports on past reservations.
Payment Gateway Process
After payment
Process of Our Company check whether the reservations are confirmed by the hotel and if not inform to hotel.
