  Hi,
  It's not very clear to me if there can be subscribers that provide the same manufacturers' parts, and in this case if more than one subscriber can respond to the same request.

  Hi, additional details required follow:
  
  1. The front end should consist of a form similair to this one or at the very least contain all the fields used in this example: http://www.find-a-part.com/car-parts-breakers.asp?make=0&model=&regnum=&yearman=&parts=&FormSubmit=Search+For+Car+Parts - although layout should be clearer and better.
  
  2. Clearly seen on the front end where the above form resides should be a "subscriber login" area and a "sunscriber sign-up area" looking similair to this example: http://www.find-a-part.com/signup/ - again the form should contain those in this example but layed out differently and cleaner.
  
  3. Currently there are no plans by my client for any aspect of this project to require the ability to accept payments.
  
  4. Subscribers will not require notification of their impending subscription renewal.
  
  5. Subscribers will be allowed only to view client part requests pertaining to their manufacturer e.g. subscribers providing Ford components will only see requests for Ford componenmts) However the ability to allow subscribers to view additional manufacturer requests must be possible as some wwill provide parts by multiple manufacturers.
  
  6. Subscribers must be notified by the database when a client request is made pertaining to their specific manufacturer of componnents via e-mail - the database must be able to do this.
  
  7. The database must have a hook-up with a Postcode auto-complete company I would like to use: http://www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk/
  
  8. Any and all code for the database would have to have inserted tags allowing for descriptive information showing me where I could alter certain aspects of the database should changes need to be made at a later date.
  
  9. I would also need to be informed of the type of host required for this project so I might find a reliable host with whom to place this project - any suggestionss would be most welcome.
  
  10. Admin access to the database would be made through the subscriber login at the front end and determined as admin due to username and password - once logged in admin would be able to see all records current aand past from the beginning of the project's use.
  
  11. The results of car part requests should be displayed neatly and clearly to the subscribers/admin once they are logged in and should display all of the information captured by the client form.
