139680 Free Web Hosting Control Panel

I am looking to get a free web hosting system script built. I am looking for the script to be able to create sub domain accounts similar to the way cpanel works and have some basic features similar to cpanel. I am looking for something similar to [login to view URL] but with more features supported such as: --------------Support the Following-------- - Run IonCube encoded PHP scripts - Total CGI and Perl scripts support (.cgi, .pl) - ASP pages support (.asp) - Python support - IceCast support - FrontPage Extensions - Curl - DOM XML support - Sendmail and/or Register_Globals ON -Shockwave & Flash - Run Zend encoded scripts (Zend Optimizer) - XML support - CURL enabled - SSI support It needs a control panel for users aswell as an admin panel. Script needs to be coded in php or anything besides slow cgi scripts. I am looking for someone that can also continue work on the script as I need more features. Please post previous script work in pmb along with a portfolio. Please don't just post an intro of your company in your bid.
