Project Description:
I am developing an English (video chat) education website and I need bidders that are highly qualified in web solution development – video chat solution will be via a third party software. Bidder should consist of a minimum of a project manager, possibly 2 developers, and designers. We need highly qualified people for all aspects as our website is more of a solution, rather than a simple website, and we are targeting Korea as our primary market and design is very much scrutinized in Korea. I will require a full profile of all personelle that will work on this project and I will require samples from the actual developers and not just samples from the best person from you organization.

This project is a open market style Video English education site **Video solution will be a third party solution with API integration. There will be 2 sites that share DB resources. One site will be for English teachers and will be in the English Language. The other will be a student’s site in the Korean language (we will outsource a ‘little’ bit to a Korean programmer to implement Korean standards eg application ID information check). There will be Korean and English databases that will need to integrate and this is something with which I will need to work closely with the PM. The video solution will be from a Korean company (they may have English API integration manuals).
As you may see there will be some obstacles because of language but I fully expect the project manager to work closely with me to overcome these obstacles.
**I have attached more details to this project but please understand that these are just basic details. The PM needs to understand that there are a lot of minor details that need to be incorporated into this basic plan (please! do not underestimate the complexity of this project).
Here are my requirements – these are MUST’s
Project manager:
- I require your full contact information (I don’t want freelancers who hide behind their emails)
- I require open-ended constant communication with the project manager
- Full understanding of the English language (I do not want communication problems)
- “Full” documentation (including user stories) & diagrams of all work – so that I can fix/change/plan things down the road
- Strong knowledge of the programming languages required
- **Strong knowledge of website security methods
- Strong knowledge in making a financial reporting system
Programmers & Designers – I would like background information and samples of all individuals:
- highly qualified and competent programmer
- a very good designer that has a strong ability to plan a site layout.
Plan of action
Step 1: Plan with the Project Manager. I will need to plan best methods of implementation on things from programming to design. I will need full and comprehensive diagrams & documentation.
Step 2: Development. I will work with the project manager, programmer/designer to develop the project.
Step 3: Testing. I want the developers to do a full and comprehensive test on the whole system.
I am a pleasure to work with if you are a diligent and competent worker but I’ll be upfront with you: I very much dislike incompetence and laziness and will not be pleasant if the service provider is that way.
