The goal is to monitor GPS devices on a web site using Google Maps.

Users would log on and will be able to request a Location for a device allocated to them. This will then show on the map.

- option to set an auto check schedule to monitor a device and track its movement in real time on a map, and also to record those locations to a file for later viewing

- option to set a boundary so that if a device moves beyond that boundary within a set start and stop period an alert sms and email is sent.

Preferably you would have developed an application like this already as I am looking for someone who can also contribute ideas and suggestions.
