MSSQL Database Backup Script

Hi There, I have two SQL servers sitting on a local network (SQL2000 on Win2k). I need a script that will run on a third (local) server running Win2k. The script should run every night and back up all of the database files (complete, not incremental), saving them with their original names plus a date stamp (e.g. db120040823) on the third server. The script should also delete old backups based on a configuration script (it should save n-daily backups plus n-weekly, n-monthly and n-yearly - I'll provide a simple algorith to implement). The configuration can just read from a simple text file where I can alter the "n" for number of days/weeks/months/years of backups to save. Script must run automatically every day and I must have instructions for implementing the script plus the setting it up to run scheduled on any server. This needs to work while the server is still running and can't disconnect the databases as the websites must stay operational during the process.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Must work on win2k and on Win2003 Web Ed. Any language as long as I don't need to install it (i.e. I'd prefer VB or C#.net to perl or python or something).
