Hi, this bid request is for creating a live help chat similar to [login to view URL] (copy paste this link please). The technical requirement is as follow: ASP.NET for teh client Font end Windows .NET for the operator console Javascript for tracking scripts and other script that would be required.? silverlight of other solution for audi/video support(webcam & mic) ## Deliverables Technoligy to be used: Sql Server 2005 for database back-en Framework .Net 2.0 Silverlight for streaming audio and video or another alternative if silverlight cannot be used. (but it's should be discussed in the bid request and accepted before bid will be accepted) asp.net for the client front end and windows application for operator/admin console. Techniqual requirement ? - all global variable must start with the prefix "m_" ? - all entry parameters must be prefixed by "e" ? - all local variable must be prefixed by "x" ? - all class, property, method and private function must have a summary with the relevant information ? - a script to add a default admin ? - a script to create all required table / store proc ? - Must be written using C# ? General Features: ? - Online / offline script dectection ? - Script to send automatic pop-layer invitation to chat ? - Record all conversation ? - Audio / video support (operator and visitor) using silverlight ? - Detect pop-up blocker ? - Geo tracking for visitor ? - Keep request history by ip and using cookies (automatic field population if same visitor) ? - one to one chat ? - Proactive Chat Invitation (Staff may monitor the webpage(s) and proactively invite visitors to offer help.) ? - Visitors Waiting in Queue (Visitors may be queued until a live supporter is available for chatting. And their names will be highlighted by different colors according to how long they've waited.) ? - Chat Transfer (A chat session may be transferred from one supporter to another, so mutliple online supporters can collaborate to help one customer.) ? - Staff Rating (1 to 5 start rating) ? - Live chat/ Real-time Text Chat ? - While visitor is waiting in queue display Predefined FAQ ? - Auto-detect Customer Language (displayed in operator console) ? - Chat Log will be Sent to Email ? - a central setup setting in [login to view URL] (i.e connection string) ? - in the operator panel: an option to create the required script for a given website ? - Sound Notification when a new vesitor is requesting a live help chat ? - Web base for client chat and windows for operator / admin console ? - Administrator does not count as online staff except if he is also an operator ? - ability to be language base using xml file by language (webc hat client, administrator and operator console) ? ? \**\*|\* supported language must be french and english by default ? - typing notification (for both operator and visitor) ? - if no operator is online ability to leave a message.
