PSD to ASPX conversion

This is a very simple job, all you need to do is take the current PSD file ( which can be exported to HTML ) and convert it into a aspx page ( asp.net 2.0 ) that I can then work with. In particular you need to setup the page so with the following controls: asp:login for the top login controls asp:text boxes and asp:button for the right hand side email list signup asp:button for subscribe now asp:hyperlinks for for button left policy links. I tried splitting this up myself but everytime I add a control the HTML get's totally messed up. You dont have to make the controls do anything, I will add all the code behind. I have attached a zip file with a screenshot. Please note that the aspx page content should be centered on the page.

## Deliverables

ASPX page and code behind, aspx page must have "real" controls on it so I can incorporate into my website. Simply exporting from photoshop is NOT good enough. C# based ( page language ) Any changes done to the PSD ( which I will provide ) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
