Currently accepting bids on a Project and Contact Management System (PCMS). To be implemented in a ASP.net 2.0 environment. All bids are welcome Preferably looking for a functioning system that can be implemented with some customization to speed development time. New system will integrate and or be designed to co-exist with all our existing system architecture. (See Platform section) _System modules to be designed:_ **Note* Data tables already exist in a MySQL 4.1 database; system will be designed to extract data from this data source. Tables and fields will be added as needed.** **MyProjectContactManagerLogin Module** Login and membership role services from existing user database. **MyProjectContactManager Module** A quick way to sort and view projects, tasks, urgent issues, and most recent projects and contacts. **MyProjectManagement Module** Project overview, descriptions, resources, project contacts, tasks list, files, calendar synchronization, Email broadcast and notifications, project timeline chart, contacts integration and more. **MyContactManagement Module** Create, manage, allocate contacts to projects, track contact interaction via contact reports. **MyDeveloperManagement Module** A centrally managed project developer view showing developer project details, related projects, contacts, and files. **MyCalendar Module** Year, Month and week views of project and task deadlines, with quick links to projects and tasks. Create calendar notes, set notification times and alerts. **MyReporting Module** Generate local and global-wide project statistics, project-level statistics, project contact lists, mailing labels. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
