Project Description:
Project: Property services web site

Scope: The primary objective of the project is for you to develop a new website, which will facilitate the property owners to submit jobs and services for quotation. The submissions will be routed to our sub-contractors, which will be recruited offline through local advertising, and all the jobs will get invoiced to clients by our company. Please note we are not a Contactor referral business but main contractor.

• Dynamic scripting: AJAX
• Back-end database: MS SQL Server 2000
• Deployment platform: IIS web server enabled with .NET platform

The HOME PAGE need to be nice, simple and similar in layout to along with the following features:
o The right hand side of the page will list all the main categories of
o “Home Improvement Article with images” on the left hand side, which rotate randomly or we can fix it for a time scale.
Following Pages:
o When a client clicks on a main category link, the relevant category page will be displayed. The sub-categories will be displayed as on list for the client to select an option along with an integrated form with provision for the client to enter their full name, email address, a telephone number and small box below it for more information about the project.
o On submission of the form, a message will be displayed assuring the client that the customer service staff member will give them a call and provide a quote.

Articles: We need it to be the same as also the same for the customer feedback and customer testimonials, FAQ, about us, contact us, Career Opportunities etc…

Customer Referrals: simple system required like is used on but without an online tracking system as this will be done through a desktop software, just keeping a record of the customer use the referral system and whom they have referred.


The ADMIN MODULE will provide integrated administration for all the above including:
o Option to change the contact details (address, telephone/fax numbers, email address, company registration).
