Project Description:
Need a website that gets data in real time (or near real time) from the MLS database using RETS. The data should be stored in a SQL Server 2008 database. The Website should query from this SQL Server databas and return results in a grid. The search should be capable of searching based on property address, city, Zip Code, County. The system should be smart enough to detect when a Zip Code was entered in the search text box vs. an Address. When a property is selected from the grid, a details property page should open with more details for the property. Some screen shots have been provided in the file. I am still waiting to get the screenshot of the property details page.
