Project Description:
We have an xml api from a Mobil Operator in Turkiye.
We want to open a SMS web site which our customers 'll send sms and mms.
there are 2 section in the site.
1-Admin Area
2-Customer Area

a)Quick SMS : When click this section, only entering the phone number wrting sms and click to send button.
b)Group SMS : They 'll choose the groups and than sende them SMS
c)Address Book : In there, they 'll be add new groups/delete groups/edit groups, than they 'll add the names and telephone nembers into this groups.
d)Buying SMS Coin : they 'll make payment with credit card and buy sms coins.( Eg:1SMS Coin = 1SMS)
For the other optins we want to talk on MSN.
