Social Engine Expert Needed

Project Description:
We have a classified plug in that is great and need a social engine expert to change the mod to enable the following:

- Add new fields of information for the person listing to fill out. This option is already there just need a Social Engine to create the fields that I provide him. This part is quick.

- New feature for classified - need new feature that enables visitors that view a listing to click a button and make a PRIVATE offer to the lister. Then if lister accepts, an email is sent back to individual that made the offer, with a link to PayPal, 2Co, etc. Once paid, the monies are sent to website, waiting release by the admin. Before release of monies is made second party must verify that all has been done.

- All offer need to be see in Member admins (Buyer and seller, and website admin)
