Social Networking Website needed PHP/MySQL

***It is very important the you have great GUI and graphic design skills as well as programming skills for this.*** We are in need of Social Networking Website. The site will need to be built in PHP/MySQL. It has to be feature rich and have a beautiful as well as easy to use GUI. We welcome anyone that has had experience in building such a site. We DO NOT wish to use 3rd party tools, but if you have an existing library of code you own, then that can be considered. Attached are general features of what is needed. We may be able to negotiate downward on some features. As stated, ALL bids are welcome, but those with ZERO ratings on RAC will be asked to provide DEMO or Samples of their works. Be prepared to do this. Those with solid RAC ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
