Project Description:
A sports card inventory software that keeps track of a user's sports card collection by using data from a database. The user will be able to download data updates through the program from the website (which contains a master database). The user will be able to choose which data (aka "sets") to download. The user will then be able to upload their entire collection to the website for public view. The software will offer other features, such as downloading eBay auctions to import into the database (code pretty much complete for this). Some source code is available for this project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Beta versions to check progress (roughly one every two weeks)

## Deadline information

The source code currently is in Visual Basic, but probably needs to be ported to VC++ to get entire functionality. Coder must be knowledgeable in Visual Basic, MS Access, Visual C++, and ASP. Only coders from the United States please. Must be able to dedicate 7+ hours a week to the project. Once bid is accepted, I will answer any questions and explain more in depth. Project will be for
