TEACH ME (/?ID=) CLOAKING

Project Description:
I am not 100% clear on what I am asking for, but I can show you what I want to know. When I google "Buy Adderall", multiple websites come up that appear to be "hijacked". Heres an example;

As you can see, the link appears to be on CTCHouston.org, but when clicked it redirects to this website;

If you type in the address that google had indexed, its not even a real web address. (see link below) I have done my own research and I think its some kinda 302 redirect, but I have no idea how its done. All I know is google caches a totally different page, and uses the pagerank of another URL to rank high in the search engines.

This project is for someone who DOES know how its done, and can duplicate it. I want to be able todo this, been driving me crazy. So this project is an education. You chat with me and show me how its done, and ill just record our chat so I have it in my records.

I will ask a lot of questions, so you have to be a patient person. Please know this isnt a standard 302 redirect, as the pages that are being "hijacked" are non existant- maybe they are creating dynamic pages?
