I need a toolbar (similar to the Google Toolbar) that is Internet Explorer & Firefox Compatible. It must have the following features: A Google Search Feature that can use my Google AdSense Search information so I get credit for the PPC clicks - It must have a dropdown to search by allinurl, link, cached page, and the other search options (I can give you a list) - It must be able to search for specific file types (pdf, .doc, etc) - Check out [url removed, login to view] for an example of an app that has similar searching capabilities to what I'm looking for - The Search Feature must also have the option to remember previous searches, if the setting in the options menu (discussed below) is checked A button that will do a Whois lookup A section that shows Google Toolbar PageRank, Future PR, and Alexa Ranking - I can give you the full PHP code that finds "Future PR", you'll have to convert the php to VB.Net code Form AutoFill - Similar to the Google Toolbar feature, for filling in passwords, addresses, etc. Popup Blocker - Exactly like the Google Toolbar popup blocker 1 RSS section that will display the feed from [url removed, login to view] (via Feedburner, I'll give you the URL to use), 1 RSS section that will display a feed taken from a local XML file (so I can change this button myself), and the ability for the user to add multiple feeds that they want, dynamically. - Must check the feed each time the toolbar starts up, and if it finds a new post, the button flashes. - If the user clicks on the feed button, they're taken to the feed's domain (ie - [url removed, login to view]) and the button stops flashing. - The button will have an arrow that drops down the titles of the last 5 posts to the blog, and on click, the user is taken directly to that post (via the URL for that post in the RSS feed) - When one of these items are clicked, the feed button stops flashing You can find the rest of the product description in the attached .txt file.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Must work with Internet Explorer 5.0+ and Firefox 1.0+ on Microsoft Windows 2000+ The code must be written in VB.Net, follow standard VB.Net coding practices, and be thoroughly commented.
