Project Description:
hello guys.

We are thinking to build a website that allows clients to book online. They'll create an account and then be part of our database. We need a backoffice that allows to:

- manage booking and client information;
- browse easily trough service providers contacts;
- accountability;
- manage expenses and facturation

Please tell us which is the best options for our case, because we are still searching for it.


This is our idea for the site structure.

Our project is a Youth Travel Agency.
We travel packages and each page must be possible to make the booking for the same package.
In each package there will be several services that may be part of the final package, but it is not mandatory that included all but only a minimum number set by us, in order to customize the package as the customer's taste.
In the same act, the reservation may be made to several people can be chosen services that everyone wants to subscribe.

The way we think make the presentation of all these services on a particular page of this package is:

Each FAQ constituent corresponding to a service package. to open the package description will have to click it.
When clicked, the service will "open" to reveal the contents will be:
- Description of the service in question
- Some pictures or video (thumbnail to enlarge upon the click.)
- Booking form specific to that service (name (s), date (s) to choose activities, etc.)

Each service will have a "checkbox" for the customer to indicate your choice.
Some services must contain the pack and can not be deselecionados.
To proceed (ie click on "book"), you must have a minimum number of selected services, ie checkboxes selected, and corresponding forms.

At the end of the page will then have a button "reserve" after the client has chosen all the services that appear in the package.

The next phase will be the payment, the amounts being broken down for each package for each client.

At this point we have the creativity to help us reach a user-friendly solution.
