I am not sure what is actually needed to accomplish this task, so I will be requesting that bidders notify me by PM of their intentional method of providing this project so they can be evaluated for compatibility with me developer. Failure to do this is going to automatically cancel your bid.
I need to have a custom video player/editor function that will integrate to my website online and that is capable of these features:
Able to convert videos off of an .flv video located on local machine into .avi format
Able to convert YouTube Video URL's into downloadable .avi format video
Able to remove watermark from YouTube Video and disable YouTube links at end of video
Able to select size of video format
Video clipping capabilities (i.e. to clip off first 20 seconds of video and last 13 seconds of video) (this will be chosen by the user)
Able to have our custom video segment added to the backend of the video like a fade to black with the logo of our company on it or an added extension that will add on an additional 5 second trailer to the back end of the rendered movie with our logo on it.
Download capabilities to easily download the file to a computer.
Compatible for both Joomla and PHP sites
and other basic needed function settings
Software is to be designed for our use only and must be approved through our current web developer for compatibility with the website
Must be able to get started on this immediately and must be willing to devote time for speedy completion.
Payment methods will be in 4 equal payments through GAF escrow service based on verifiable completion status. In other words, I will not escrow complete payment for project, instead it will based off of completion. If you are 25% there will be 25% escrow done, if you are 50% completed there will be 50% escrow done. These terms are not negotiable in any way. I will not deal with posers that do not know what they are doing or continue to drag the job out. If you bid, make sure you know what you are doing and can perform this task correctly. Any failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the project.
