- Ability to upload files to website and download them for user-end use after purchase.
- Programming language(s): Ecommerce, CMS,
- Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or ASP, MySQL
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred

The type of products that will be sold on the website are all in Tech sector. With that in mind, the design should be oriented towards the audience who is interested in Tech sector. At the same time not too extreme.
