unique social networking script from scratch

Looking for a freshly coded script written just for me. I will retain all rights to the script you create for me and does not entitle you as programmer to redistribute or sell in anyway the script that will be freshly coded for me.. I would want a full agreement between us and a confidentiality form. I would like a unique social networking script and communications are going to be crucial. I prefere yahoo messenger for that communications.. This script will be a combination of features and tools as seen from multiple sites , such as: myspace, hi5, mindviz and some things of my own.. Dont want any premade scripts as i want it all new and fresh. Script will need to be written and optimized for search engine friendliness..
